The chldren from Don’s 3rd Class and Emma’s 4th Class participated today in the National Spring Clean 2017.
In class they discussed the responsibility that we all have of keeping our environment clean, tidy and litter free.
They also discussed how it is important for us to take responsibility for the poor choices made by others as regards disposal of their litter and to make a difference by getting out and cleaning up our local areas.
To show their support for the event, the children collected rubbish from the area behind the cinema.
Hopefully they were seen by many passers-by who will hopefully take on board the important message they were trying to promote.
