Junior infants have had a wonderful month with Joann. She introduced lots of exciting lessons to our class and even organised a few furry friends to visit us! Joann read the book ‘Dear Zoo’ to us and we loved guessing what animal the zoo would send as a pet in the story. Then she surprised us with a visit from Ciaran at Maxi Zoo. He brought two lovely animals for us to see and to rub gently. We met Keisha, a beautiful dog, and a ten week old bunny. We learned lots about caring for pets and how to be careful when petting dogs.
We also have some very small creatures in our class who are busy beginning their process of transformation. Can you guess what they are? Stay tuned!
