Ingredients to Serve 4 People (600ml):
- 200ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 Banana
- 2 Strawberries
- 30g Mango chunks
- 50g Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Agave Syrup
- Blender/Chopping Board/Cups/Sieve/Sharp knife (adult help)
- Wash all of the fruit.
- Cut the fruit into chunks.
- Put all the ingredients into the blender.
- Blend ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the freshly made smoothie into 4 cups.
- Enjoy with a plain rice cake – delicious 🙂
