During the month of October 5th class researched the the festival of Samhain. They found out many interesting facts while researching this ancient festival. Once the children gathered enough information, they decided to become reporters and create a written report explaining the festival of Samahin. The children then created spooky silhouettes to accompany their reports. They created a chilling background using water colours. The children drew images which they felt best represented the pagan festival. These were then glued to the backgrounds in order to create the silhouettes.
