2nd class September- Yoga

2nd class have been really enjoying yoga every week with Irene. We have been learning lots of new yoga poses including ‘the tree’, ‘the dragon’, ‘the cat’ to name a few. 2nd class have incorporated drama, used visualisation techniques, meditation and have been learning new breathing techniques to help the body and mind relax. Everyone has been really enjoying yoga.

It has been very evident of the benfits of these classes.
