February was a month filled with music and song for fourth class. It began with The Friends Song which helped us recognise and understand the importance of friendship, especially friendships that are formed at school. We really enjoyed performing this song as it is a very upbeat and melodic song with a catchy chorus.
Later in the month Rachel Healy took time out to visit us and along with 3rd class, we learned a cultural song, which featured a host of fun actions. This was to co-inside with our ET fundraiser photo event which took place on Thursday 27th. This event also gave fourth class the opportunity to perform the cultural song with the entire school. Naturally this was a very unique and special occasion for all involved and we would like to thank Rachel Healy for teaching us all such an interesting and fun song.
