On Tuesday 11th of June we set off on an exciting trip to Tír na Sí (land of the fairies). We had an amazing day and made memories that will be treasured for a long time. The bus was great fun and we sang lots of songs on the way.
We had a little snack when we arrived at Tír na Sí and then set off on our tour of the farm. We saw pigs, sheep, donkeys and even got to feed some Kids (baby goats). We also explored the fairy woods where the fairies live. Some of the boys and girls saw some fairies dashing between the trees but they were too fast to catch.
We then got to play on the playground and have a go at miniature golf. Believe it or not we still had energy for the indoor play area and really enjoyed the slides and the ball pond.
Before heading back to school we had a good rest and our lunch. We were tired but happy on the bus home and even some of us nodded off for a little nap.
