World Children’s Day 2020

Today we marked World Children’s Day 2020 with a whole school assembly (Infant end and Senior end separately) via our new best friend ‘Zoom’.

Covid19 certainly has prevented us all sharing the hall together for a school assembly, however we found a way collectively to celebrate our children and the rights of children.

The school gifted our wonderful sculptured pieces to our school pupils as a symbol for who they are and what they can achieve. We ask that each and every time you engage with this sculpture you remember our children, their future and the school’s Ethos.

As we follow the Rights Respecting School Program we are reminded about the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This is a collective responsibility.
