In preparation for the Cork Senior hurling county final between Midleton and Sarsfields in Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Sunday 15th October, to show our support for the Magpies, our school held a Midleton GAA ‘Black and White Day’ on Friday 13th October. It was a great way to show off our brilliant black and white jerseys, as well as face paint, dyed hair and lots of other creative ideas. There was a ‘Best Effort’ winner picked from each class level who were presented with a Midleton GAA sliothar. The Midleton team have been outstanding so far this season and we all wish them the best of luck.
